How I resolve issues I am facing using Net Banking?
If you face issues with investing using Net Banking or UPI, please follow the instructions below.
If money has not been debited from your bank account
You don’t have to worry. Most likely there was a temporary technical issue. The transaction you attempted will expire automatically and money will not be deducted.
Wait for a few minutes and try again. If issue still persists, please call our helpline number 1800-102-1265 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If money gets debited from your bank account
If the money gets debited from your bank account and you do not see a success message, please wait for an hour. You will receive an email from us with the status of the transaction – whether the transaction was successful or not.
If the transaction was successful, your investment will happen as scheduled. No further action is required from your end.
If the transaction was unsuccessful, the money will be refunded to your account within 3 working days (depends on your bank). This means that the money remains with your bank and they will transfer it back into your account. If you do not receive a refund within 3 working days, please let us know; we will follow up with the bank and ensure your money gets credited. You can place a new investment immediately or wait till the money gets credited back to your account.
