  • Visit Scripbox and Begin the Investment Journey: On the Scripbox homepage, click on the button, “Let’s get started.” A list of investment options based on life goals is available. To invest in mutual funds, pick any option that is close to one’s financial goals. Click on “Continue” to proceed with the mutual fund investment.
  • Signup and Create an Account: In this step, one has to create a Scripbox account. Upon logging in, the investment details will be available. Here one can select the payment option with Scripbox. They can choose “Every month SIP” for SIP payment or “One-time” lumpsum payment options depending on their cash flow. One can use the SIP calculator to calculate potential returns from their SIP investments. Click on “See Recommended Funds” to proceed for investment.
  • Check the Plan and Fund Allocation: A list of mutual funds and the investment amount allocated for the selected plan is displayed. Check all the details before proceeding ahead. If the investor wishes to change the fund or investment amount, he/she can click on the option, “I want to change Funds/ Amount.” Click on the “Next” button to make payment.
  • Bank Details and Money Transfer: In the last step, one must enter the bank account and PAN details. Scripbox provides a secure environment. All bank account details will be kept safe and secure. Those will only be used for investing and crediting the redemption proceeds only.

KYC Required to Invest in Tata Mutual Fund via Scripbox

Know Your Customer or KYC helps in identifying a client. SEBI has prescribed requirements for KYC. Investors have to be KYC compliant to invest in SEBI registered mutual funds. Details of identity, address, financial status, occupation, and demographic information are a part of a KYC form.

You can get your KYC done with Scripbox. The following KYC documents are needed by Resident Indians and PIO residing in India:

  • KYC Authorisation Letter. (Please write on a while plain sheet of paper that “I authorize Scripbox to do my mutual fund KYC” & sign below it)
  • Pan Card
  • Photograph
  • Address proof (Aadhar Card (Both Front & Back)/Driving License/Passport/Voter ID Card)
  • Video Selfie: Record a video by facing the camera for 5 seconds.

How to Download Tata Mutual Fund Investment Statement? 

The following steps help you download the Tata mutual fund investment statement using the Scripbox App: 

  • Download the Scripbox app and enter the details to login
  • Go to the ‘Profile’ menu and select the ‘Investment History’ option
  • Click on the ‘Email Me’ button. An email will be sent to your registered email address with a link to download your Scripbox Investment History. You can obtain the statement by clicking on the link.

Mr. Udasi joined Tata Asset Management Company in 2014. Currently, he is the Senior Fund Manager. He has more than 20 years of experience in Equity research. Before joining Tata Mutual Fund, he was with IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd. Also, he was rated as No. 3 “Top Most Award Winning Team” by Thomson Reuters Starmine Awards for Excellence for Fiscal Year 2013. Mr. Tejas Gutka

Mr. Gutka joined Tata AMC in 2019 as Principal Officer and Head of Portfolio Management Services. He is currently the Fund Manager – Equity at the firm. Mr. Gutka has a rich and diverse experience of more that 14 years in both equity and fixed income markets. Before joining Tata, he was with Tamohara Investment Managers, Barclays Wealth India, and CARE Ratings.
