Invesco entered India in 2013. In partnership with Religare Securities Ltd. it formed Religare Invesco Asset Management Co. Ltd. Religare Invesco Mutual Fund was co-owned by Invesco and Religare. Religare’s holding was 51%. In 2015, Invesco bought 51% of the company. Therefore forming Invesco Asset Management India Ltd. or Invesco Mutual Fund.

Mr. Badshah joined Invesco Mutual Fund in 2017. With more than 24 years of experience in Indian Equity markets, he is the Chief Investment Officer – Equities at Invesco India Mutual Fund. He is responsible for equity function management at the firm. He was previously associated with Motilal Oswal Asset Management, Kotak Mahindra Investment Advisors, ICICI Prudential Asset Management, and Alliance Capital Asset Management. Therefore, on successful processing of the redemption request at applicable NAV, the redemption proceeds will be paid out. The pay out is either through direct transfer to the designated bank account. Or a cheque / DD will be dispatched to the registered mailing address. Also, they can do the same offline by going to Invesco’s office. The redemption is done at the mutual fund schemes NAV. Moreover, the mutual fund scheme NAV is determined and announced every day by the fund house.
An investor can choose to update their contact details using multiple modes such as offline, SMS, or email.
Offline: Request letter/Non-Financial Transaction form at the nearest Investor Service Centre of AMC or Registrar.
Email: An email from the registered email ID to mfservices@invesco.com mentioning the Folio number and new contact details.
SMS: Investors can change/update the email ID, by sending an SMS. SMS INVEST <Space>Email ID to 56677 from the registered mobile number.
