Mr Thakkar joined PPFAS Mutual Fund in 2001 and is currently the Chief Investment Officer and Equity Fund Manager. Till 2012, he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PPFAS (Sponsor Company). He has more than 26 years of experience. His experience is across managing fixed income portfolios, merchant banking, PMS operations and broking operations. At the fund house, he was previously managing the PMS portfolio of INR 300 crore value. Furthermore, Mr Thakkar holds a Bachelors in Commerce degree from Bombay University. He is also a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter Holder and ICWA graduate.
He currently manages the Parag Parikh Long Term Equity Fund and Parag Parikh Tax Saver Fund.
Mr Onkar started his career with PPFAS as an intern in 2009 and is currently the Head of Research at the fund house. He has good experience in the capital market industry. He has more than ten years of industry experience. Mr Onkar is managing the overseas investment of the Parag Parikh Long Term Equity Fund since its inception. He holds a B.SC IT degree from Bombay University and also an MMS degree in Finance from Bombay University.
Mr Mehta joined the fund house as an intern in 2012. He is currently part of the fund management team at PPFAS. He holds an ‘NSE Debt Market Module’ certificate that is issued by FIMMDA and NCFM. Mr Mehta actively participates in TV programs and is a featured columnist in few financial publications. Furthermore, he holds a B.Com and M.Com degree from Mumbai University. Mr Mehta is also a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter holder. He currently manages the Parag Parikh Long Term Equity Fund, Parag Parikh Tax Saver Fund and Parag Parikh Liquid Fund.
