Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Platform Team. The ideal candidate will
have strong data analysis capabilities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to
collaborate effectively with multiple functions including operations, customer support, and
engineering. Strong documentation skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
 Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights for platform improvements.
 Understand system workflows and contribute to optimising processes.
 Troubleshoot platform issues and work closely with development teams to implement
solutions.
 Collaborate with operations, customer support, and other functions to ensure
seamless platform performance. Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures in a clear and
concise manner.
 Gather and analyse requirements for new features and enhancements.
 Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the rollout of new platform
features. 
Requirements:&nbsp; &nbsp;2 years of relevant experience
 &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
 &nbsp;Excellent documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
 &nbsp;Structured thinking and communication

Business Analyst

The Company Secretary will lead the secretarial, governance, and regulatory compliance framework for Scripbox and its subsidiaries. The role is central to strengthening Board governance, SEBI compliance, corporate structuring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Governance &amp; Secretarial Compliance
<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, MCA filings, and secretarial standards.</li><li>Manage Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings, including agendas, minutes, resolutions, and action tracking.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, member records, share certificates, and digital secretarial files.</li><li>Handle annual filings, XBRL, event-based filings, and group-entity compliances.</li><li>Advise management on corporate law matters, corporate restructuring, ESOPs, and shareholder actions.</li></ul>

2. Regulatory compliance
<ul><li>Lead compliance for SEBI (ICDR, LODR) regulations in preparation for listing.</li><li>Coordinate with merchant bankers, lawyers, and auditors for DRHP, DD, governance checks.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SEBI governance norms—Board committees, policies, disclosures, insider trading framework, etc.</li><li>Manage cap table, ESOP pool, vesting records, and compliance with SEBI ESOP regulations.</li><li>Support due diligence for investor queries, capital actions, and regulatory submissions.</li></ul>

3. Transactions, Structuring &amp; Legal Coordination
<ul><li>Support corporate actions such as:<ul><li>Mergers, Amalgamations, Business transfers, Capital restructuring</li><li>Rights issues / private placements / preferential allotments</li></ul></li><li>Ensure timely regulatory approvals (MCA, SEBI, ROC, RBI where applicable).</li><li>Review transaction documents with legal counsel and monitor compliance timelines.</li></ul>

4. Shareholder &amp; Investor Support
<ul><li>Coordinate with RTA for maintaining shareholder records and resolving investor queries.</li><li>Manage communications with investors, including disclosures, share transfers, and documentation.</li></ul>

5. Internal Controls &amp; Policy Framework
<ul><li>Develop governance policies—Code of Conduct, Insider Trading SOP, Board charters, D&amp;O compliance, etc.</li><li>Ensure readiness for internal audits, statutory audits, and risk control matrices for governance.</li></ul>

Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul><li>ACS (mandatory); LL.B. preferred</li><li>5+ years’ experience in corporate secretarial roles, preferably in technology, BFSI, or regulated entities</li><li>Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, corporate restructuring, ESOP management</li><li>Excellent documentation, drafting, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle multi-entity compliance in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in working with founders, investors, and senior leadership</li></ul>

This role is focused entirely on organic growth, brand storytelling, and community engagement not paid media or performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, a deep understanding of finance and fintech audiences, and a proven track record in crafting digital content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.
You will own Scripbox’s organic social and podcast strategy end-to-end from content ideation and storytelling to publishing and analytics. You’ll also lead a small in-house team and collaborate closely with creative and media partners to deliver high-quality, impactful content that amplifies the Scripbox brand.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, content, and business goals across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Strengthen Scripbox’s voice through thought leadership, storytelling, and topical engagement.</li><li>Content &amp; Campaign Management: Oversee content planning, production, and publishing including reels, videos, carousels, thought-leadership posts, and short-form storytelling.
