What if I don’t want to use One Touch payment and instead pay using my username, password, grid numbers, security questions and OTP?

If you don’t want to use One Touch payment, just click the ’X’ button on the top right corner of any screen and you will be taken to the regular Net Banking flow.

What are the banks which have partnered with One Touch payment for Net banking?

Currently, only ICICI. Several big banks are in the pipeline and are expected to partner soon.

Can this solution be used for making a payment on mobile web browsers?

Currently, one Touch payment removes the payment friction by enabling biometric for in-app payments only. Soon we will be supporting transactions from web/mobile browsers and POS terminals.

Yes, one Touch payment is available for n all Android and iOS mobile devices.

Does One Touch payment or Scripbox store my bank username or password?

No, one Touch payment and Scripbox don’t store your username or password. One Touch payment is a patented technology that uses Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographically signed digital signatures for making quick and secure payments.
