Setup Code is sent to your bank verified phone number to verify your phone number. It is the second factor of authentication before enabling One Touch payment in your Scripbox app.

One Touch payment will work only for net banking accounts for the banks which have partnered with MinkasuPay. We continue to increase the coverage for our customers by partnering with more banks.

Once you delete and reinstall your Scripbox app you will need to go through the One Touch payment setup process again. Please login to your net banking account and select the account to proceed to One Touch payment flow.

If you have forgotten your Scripbox PayPIN then click on ‘Forgot PayPIN’ button in the One Touch payment screen. You will be redirected to the bank’s Net Banking login Screen and you have to go set the PayPIN once again.

You can setup a new Scripbox PayPIN by clicking on ‘Forgot PayPIN’ button on the Minkasu Repeat Payment screen. You will be re-directed to the bank’s Net Banking login Screen and you would have to go through the onboarding process...
