The Professional Services segment provides managed services comprising various aspects of day-to-day operations of fixed and mobile networks, and hosting of applications and content management; systems integration services; consulting and education services; and customer support services. The Multimedia segment offers networked media and messaging solutions consisting of converged TV, music and gaming entertainment solutions, communication applications, and mobile media management solutions; enterprise applications, including application portfolio, platforms, and services; revenue management solutions; service delivery platforms comprising solutions, products, systems integration, and business consulting services; and supplies mobile platforms used in devices, such as mobile handsets, PC-cards, and other mobile devices. The Phones segment provides mobile phones, accessories, and PC ?cards. The company provides its products and services in western Europe, central and eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America.
