It also manufactures computational lithography products used for the implementation of optical proximity correction to design data and verification before mask manufacture. It was formerly known as ASM Lithography Holding N.V. and changed its name to ASML Holding N.V. in 2001. The company is headquartered in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
