Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and all your data within 1 working day and send you a confirmation. One of us may also reach out to you separately by phone or e-mail to understand your reasons better during that time.
Please note that in case any investment instruction (including an incomplete/ failed one) was placed within your account, we would only be able to close your account. This is in line with processes followed by all financial firms. You will stop receiving e-mails/ phone calls from us.
