The mutual fund company is sending statements to an address different from what I gave Scripbox. Why? How do I fix this?

Mutual fund companies send account statements to the address you had provided in your KYC (know your customer) form. Your KYC acts as a central repository of data about you and ALL mutual fund companies, brokers and demat accounts will use the same details. This is independent of the communication address you may have additionally provided to your service providers such as Scripbox. Changing this is easy by updating your KYC details. You have to complete a KYC Change form (contact us to get one) and send it to us along with a self-attested proof of your new address, PAN copy and a 5-second video selfie.
