How do I change my phone number?

Mutual fund companies require that this change be via a written request.

You can change your phone number by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Scripbox account 
  2. Click onto ‘Preferences’ on the left hand-side, then on ‘Phone’. 
  3. Once you have provided your new mobile number and re-authenticated with your Scripbox password, we will email you an “contact details change” letter that reflects your new mobile number. 
  4. Please print, sign and mail (or courier) this letter back to us, so we can update the mutual fund companies you invest with.

It will take approximately 7 working days for this number to be updated in ours and the mutual fund companies’ records. After this process is complete, all text messages will go to your new number.
